After months of hard work everything is ready. The streets of St. Paul and surrounding area are already preparing to become the big stage of the two block 2010. From the Central Market, to the Health Center, through the local neighborhood associations and businesses of the district, to make final preparations Hook "A garden for inspiration" , which is the motto and commissioning scene of the original seventh edition of this cultural event and group to which the whole city is invited. More than 500 people, including neighbors and artists collaborators, are the architects of the two block, driven by Federico Ozanam Foundation with support from the Social Action Department of the City of Zaragoza, the Board of Historic District and the Office of PITCH.
Open mouth, Friday 17, at 21.30 in the Dome Shelter Zaragoza (Preachers, 70), is hosting the musical show "Living" where the company's Theatre Friday IES Clara Campoamor Móstoles (Madrid) offers this musical as a "prologue" of the two block. Inspired by Akira Kurosawa film which tells the story of a man who turns to help a group of women a popular suburb of Tokyo to build a playground in an unsafe area. The musical approach on Kurosawa's film is the personal and social meaning of solidarity as a value that can give meaning to the lives of human beings.
That will be the start of a weekend in which all citizens have the opportunity to explore original gardens filled with music, color and a lot of imagination.
